see if you can determine who is "attacking" whom)

Now, however, I am growing more and MORE CONCERNED that you are fouling
the name of homeopathy and likely injuring those who could've been
helped (rather than BILKED.)

You are now on record, in public, as having accused me of forging an
email, and of lying about my previous contacts with you (please correct
this if I am misunderstanding.)

I did not start this attack, he did and he is carrying it on, and he keeps
on attacking me.

Is his practice to tiny and poor that he has so much time to single out a

Oh please this is getting boring already - keep it between the two of you
(private and off list) as slander has nothing to do with homeopathy and as
you are always policing this list David and have told us on many occasions,
"let's stick with the homeopathy" instead of pathologically trying to
cleanse the world - too big a task even for you.

believe that it could be helpful to her to have the rubric and access to

pps -I've heard rumor of tanya & rochelle geting snarky on-list (my
email proggie declines forwarding of their mails to me) -and I'd like to
recommend that they (and everyone, actually)
TRY to place PRINCIPALS before PERSONALITIES.
In other words, ethics and professional conduct just may be a little
more important than the fact that you just personally do not like that
mean old Dave Hartley.

I understand that you have had a significant degree of interactions with
the Simpsonville police department in your area of residence- would you
care to give me the name and phone number of someone you are acquainted
with in that police department?

The police probably won't be too interested in a libel case, but I
imagine I can get some good data on you from public records, which may
help me to build the case.

So, just to recap - you have now affirmed your public accusation that I
forged and posted an email on minutus (which in actuality is an email

You have stated repeatedly that you had no prior contact with, nor
knowledge of me.
(here I am assuming that you mean no contact nor knowledge prior to Mon

I can assure you that I am neither insane nor stalking you (in the legal
sense) -and I can also assure you that I am tenacious when faced with a
problem which needs solving.

If (more a matter of when, actually) -you will agree to stop pretending
to be doing homeopathy when you're taking $225 from people online, I
will quickly lose all interest in you.. I assure you that this would be
the easier, softer way for you.
