I have been on this list since it began and on others as well over the past
6 years or so and have seen and been involved in some pretty heated
disagreements, including more than a few with Dave Hartley. In none of those
occasions, however, did I ever see or read anything so vulgar and offensive
as what I am seeing "Goat Granny" use in her response to Dave's posts. I
think what she ought to keep in mind, in my never to be humble opinion, is
that everyone has a right to their point of view. Should one disagree with
another, one can do so without vile and offensive language. As far as I am
concerned, Goat Granny lost all credibility and demonstrated a complete lack
of understanding of the issues as well as an inability to intelligently
express herself when she resorted to vulgarities and VICIOUS personal
attack. Intelligence and ability to reason are what are likely to get most
people's attention and respect. In this particular case, I would say that
not only is Dave right in most (I wasn't there for some of it) of what he
has said (if not all - read it below) but, I think that Goat Granny should
apologize to all the members of the list, particularly, those who are new to
homeopathy and who, as a result of what they have read in this exchange, may
be turned off enough to make an early exit from what could be a life
changing experience for them. I, personally, would advise anyone who might
be considering leaving to just hang on - things should move up from here.

considering some the rudeness and nastiness of several other
group members, i find your judgement of this member to be
way out of line. while i dont support some of recent explosiveness,
i can certainly sympathize with her anger at dave who has royaly
angered many of us over the past couple of years at least that i
have been a member of this group. i learned a long time ago
about 'professional' name calling that no one criticizes, but i
find it even worse than the 4 letter kind. at least those words
dont pretend to be something they are not.
