Hi Alva,

My mistake on the number of years, then --but I am fairly certain it was
at least 5 years ago when you began soliciting me to "invest" $10k in
your "healing center."

Nothing since then, up to and including your little outburst below..
leads me to believe that you practice homeopathy at anything other than
a superficial level.

Feel free to try to convince people otherwise!

A good example of a degreed "long distance healer" attempting homeopathy
by email.

It would be a good idea for everyone to avoid seeking email
consultations; they seem invariably superficial.

You are completely nutzoid and confusing me with someone else!!!!!!
I NEVER have spoken to you about any healing center!!!
I have a small practice out of my home and no designs on a "healing center"
whatsoever.!!!!
And I have NEVER spoken to you EVER!!!!!
Until now, that is when you tried to insert your miniscule dick into my
business.
This news makes me certain you are truly insane.
Go get you some platinum buddy. Give me your address if you don't have any
and I'll send you a dose gratis.
And while you are at it go fuck yourself.
Very sincerely,
Alva

Hello Hn2002,

You see no difference between taking a case in person, and taking a case
via email?

That really does not compute!

I am able to tell quite a lot about a person face-to-face .. without ANY
words at all.

Then, when words begin to flow, there are near-infinite nuances of body
language, facial expression, vocal inflection, and more--- ALL LOST in
email.

A great deal of the ART of homeopathy is CASE TAKING.

If one is willing to give that up for (what?)
expediency, or for the ability to collect $$ for email consultation..

I suggest re-thinking of values may be in order.

The idea that there are all kinds of homeopathy is a very unfortunate
one; even more unfortunate is that that particular idea is sadly EASILY
verified by all the crap that is being called homeopathy. (thanks for
the dowsing anectdote.)

Referring back to the topic of this list (classical homeopathy)
What technology is it that you believe replaces the practitioner's face
to face casetaking ?

The type of hack-homeopathy where a presenting complaint is
superficially prescribed on without an eye toward holism lends itself to
email consult.. but this bears little resemblance to what the founder,
Hahnemann teaches in his writing.

I would hope and pray that someone adopting the founder of homeopathy's
name as an email address.. would be interested in promoting the concept
of practicing in a manner consistent with Hahnemann's teachings.

From my understanding of those teachings, it is my job to attempt cure
at the very deepest level which I can perceive.
-and even if you have teleconferencing, you cannot perceive even 50% of
what you can in a personal interview.
In attempting to treat via EMAIL, you are down to +/- 5% of what a keen
observer should be able to take in via personal interview.

Given that a large percentage of living humans could benefit from
RESPONSIBLE classical homeopathic treatment..

I remain convinced that anyone who attempts to collect fee$ for
attempting homeopathy via email is selling his soul, and selling
homeopathy out for short-term personal gain, and cheating the client of
the opportunity to engage in homeopathic treatment which might alter the
course of h/ir life for the better.. instead of a quick fix of a
presenting complaint.

Oh my, I'm laughing too, but also pleading -- STOP IT!!!! (Owie, my burnin'
ears!!!!)

Dave, you've been absent for a while; Alva has been here.
This is NOT THE PLACE for personal attacks! You've posted your discomfort
with long-distance prescribing, and some cautionary notes -- FINE! Now let
folks draw their own conclusions. Unless your familiarity with Alva's work
goes WAY beyond what you've read here, you do NOT have any basis for this
sort of public dissing! And if you *did* have a basis, it would STILL NOT
BE THE PLACE, and would also most definitely not be an appropriate method.

And, er, Alva, that language would getcha thrown off of some lists, tho I'm
not sure what Ardavan's policy is. Don't think we've had any quite that
"colorful" yet! :-)))

(Retiring to apply cold cloths to my aural receptors...)

Hi Alva,

- one of us is nutzoid, I agree absolutely!

When I was living in Asheville, NC, you did most certainly correspond
with me
(dave@asheville-computer.com)
many times, asking for help on remedy selections, and then finally
soliciting me for $10k.

I think it is about time that you get a grip on yourself, so that I
don't have to ask the list administrator to remove you from the list.

I am finished with you.
You are a total liar!
I have never heard of you and you are certainly off your whack.
Butt out and leave me alone.
You started this, and I will finish it if you keep on at me.
Alva :(
