Laughing excites cough- more info

I spoke to the patient today and she says she has had this all her life- she is now 34. She has never mentioned it before (I've been treating her as necessary for 4 years) as it is something she has always lived with. She doesn't have an allopathic diagnosis as she hasn't mentioned it. She knows it is the left lung as she can feel it there. She is conscious of her left lung even when breathing.
With the laughing her airways get full of fluid and she coughs. The fluid is clear and watery - no odour she is aware of. There is enough to soak a tissue and it is a bit frothy. She is often left with a wheeziness afterwards. I asked if she had ever had an X ray and she reckons not. I asked about a peak flow meter and she says she did blow in one once - it was hard but she did it -meaning it was high enough.

She thinks she is allergic to her cat. She said that sometimes the air doesn't go up and down properly - she can hear the air bubbling internally.
She also said that she can't scream as there is no strength there but imo this could be due to her traumatic childhood.

left sidedness is another indicator of the already
visible arg met picture. If she has a pain in the
third rib of left that is another conformation. Left
upper is the place.
But I will pur her on a few yogic breathing exercises-
those for lower, middle and upper lobes of the lung
plus the bellow (kapalapathi) which will bring her
right back into screaming strength.

The problem to me is that the M & E picture of Arg M does not fit this patient!! Thanks for the infomation. She won't go to any classes because of her size.
