Dear Friends,
Margaret has sweetly pointed out to me that I appended an entire digest to
my message on the acute miasm. That was a mistake, and I apologize,
especially to those who have to pay for each email. I thought I had started
a new message, and didn't realize that the whole digest was trailing along
behind!
