Remorse
Remorse
OK is this remorse or lacking remorse ?????
This is a very complex case of an 18 yr old who is autistic and possibly schizophrenic. I am having her in again this week for a FOC consultation in the hopes that she may talk to me. It will depend what mood she is in. her first prescription was Bell 200 - one dose which got rid of the voices and "seeing things like me hurting people",, blood stuff and me going in front of cars- but it only lasted about a week I think. She did repeat the Rx after a fortnight but I don't think it had the same effect. Since then she had a massive violent few days which culminated on her being taken to A&E but has now calmed down. I need to know if she is still hearing voices and/or "seeing things". I am thinking of either going up on the Rx or changing to Stram. Or even giving Mum Stram to give her if this happens again. I did try to get out of Mum if there had been any changes but apparently this up and down (really nice , always smiling) is normal behaviour. I suppose Anac is there as well but Bell is the only one for walking in a circle which is what she often does.

Re: Remorse
Can you say why you have negated the other remedies in the 'walking circles'
rubrics?

Re: Remorse
Hi Rochelle,
According to RefWorks, there are 10 rxs in "walking in circles" -
bell, cic, cocc, crot-c, dubin, Lac-Del, nat-m, staph, stram, thuj.
- And the px I had with this symptom responded to Stram, FWIW.

Thanks for that as it really shows how incomplete ours reps are!! However I will have to read them in context to see if any of them are relevant to my patient. Thanks also to Joy and Shannon for even more!!!

Re: Remorse
LOL - I can see the rat one ! Has anyone done a proving of
Hamster? Not quite in circles I guess, but in a straight line and
for all their worth! If I knew how to include remedies in Refworks,
I would do so - unless Andy can explain?
