Dear Colleague
I had an interesting case which want to share with you. A woman of 41 with 4 pregnancy, 4 live child and history of tube ligature after her last birth( about 7 years ago) . After her last delivery and Tube ligature she has the illness: attacks which last for 48 hours. Let me explain attacks: First she experience sudden perspiration then after 2 minutes anxiety and after that, anxiety and restlessness. Then belching and in the end she has nausea and vomiting. She also has involuntary urination during vomiting. Involuntary urination is not weird in a woman with 4 deliveries but it was interesting that she had never involuntary urination during coughing, sneezing or laughing or rising from a seat. It is only come by the last part of her symptoms: Vomiting. These attacks are before menses or after menses. She told the at least she has an attack in mount which may be before or after menses. What should be the remedy? No other prominent mental, general symptoms.
When I first saw her, I was puzzled: how can I solve the case. Fortunately the case is solved now and it was so interesting for me and I want to share it. I will tell the prescribed remedy in the next email to let anyone who wants to guess the remedy.
Regards
Farbod
