ASPARTAME - this awful poison is in more that 5000 foods and drugs!

You need to read the label.

Diet Coke/Pepsi and other soft drinks are the prime users.

Anything with "reduced sugar", "Sugar Free" is SUSPECT.

Hi Soroush,
I thought you'd be interested to know that one of my clients has just gone
off aspartame on her own, and feels much better. She said a friend sent her
an email about it, and she realized it caused most of the symptoms she was
having!

This is another case where assumptions became an impediment. Since she is
almost a chain-smoker and has been unable to cut down yet, I assumed she
would be unwilling to make changes in her horrendous diet. (It's a tribute
to homeopathy that she has made tremendous improvements despite major
obstacles to cure, even before quitting aspartame.)

Sheri, thanks for your quick response re the transverse myelitis. I will
try to get her to see a homeopath. You mentioned aspartame. I realize it
isn't a good thing, but is it this harmful that it could cause such a thing?
Do you have any suggestions on where I could read more about this. I have
nearly eliminated it from my diet, but not entirely.

Aspartame is well known for damaging sight.

(In my own experience, a 78 year old diabetic who had become blind recovered
his sight after 6 months of abstaining from Aspartame.)
