Complete Millenium, Mind; OBSTINATE, headstrong children chilly, refractory and clumsy, caps[2]

A patient is complaining that she keeps bumping into things. This is a new symptom for her.

Hi Rochelle,
My suggestion is to stop looking for a rubric and investigate what is really
going on with her. People bump into things, drop things, make "mistakes",
and feel uncomfortable doing so...sometimes it is merely a space in time
between sorting one thing out from another - if you know what I mean.
Feeling *uncomfortable* is not a disease, it is a valuable part of human
understanding. It is not necessarily a "symptom". Just a moment in time
between one conscious realization and the next. If you leave it alone, it
will undoubtedly sort itself out - especially with a little encouragement.
If she is living in an untenable situation in her domestic life, then this
domestic situation needs to be addressed as it is an obstacle to cure.
If it is a symptom of a systemic organic or neurological problem, then you
need to elaborate on the case.

It has happened since I repeated a Rx that has done her some good and maybe an agg. She is unhappy that she has scratched her car a couple of times as well as bumping into things!! This is my goitre patient. There is something going on here and I don't know what. A couple of weeks ago she relented and started to take allopathic Thyroxin and she phoned this morning to tell me that she had got it all wrong about her T4 and TSH results getting worse since taking it as they are in the normal range. The problem is that the Goitre that had gone down is now growing again.

Hi, Rochelle.

Off the top of my head, I can think of a whole bunch of reasons why a person might bump into things -- if you can dig a bit deeper, the rubric you need might become clearer -- distracted? vision lost on one side? inner ear balance problem? can't walk in a straight line (a predictor, by the way for future risk of dementia)?..... Why not ask the patient what she thinks is behind the problem -- you might be surprised )

a strong characteristic. And you said the goitre is growing back. Is she
proving this rx possibly? Is this a new sx for her?

This is what I think as well!! I am considering whether to give her a dose of 6C or 30C to bring it down!!
