lip spots

HI all,

would appreciate if anyone could share any remedies for white lumps under skin of lips. - lumps are slightly raised. Can find Ars, lyc.

Boger: Pg 409, Face, Lips: White turning: 2 val
Lower lip: 2 Calc
Swelled, thick: 5 Calc ( both lips)
Upper lip: 3 Calc
Lower Lip: 2 calc

Calc lip eruptions itch(2), burst open(2), form
scabs(2),worse cold and worse washing

Swelling and Redness run thru Calc.
