in-grown hair

Post by Johanna Tudin »

Has anyone had any success treating in-grown back that is constantly
becoming infected? I have been asked if homeopathy can help and I am at
a loss for which rubrics to use. Anything suggestions on how to
proceed?

a very successful treatment, although not homeopathic, is an essential oil
called Cajuput applied topically.(would antidote any remedy the patient is
on)

The essential oil called cajeput (Malaleuca cajeputi) is related to tea tree (Malaleuca alternifolia) which is considered relatively nontoxic and nonirritant. However, cajeput has unique properties and may cause sensitization in some individuals. It is an excellent antibiotic, antiviral, and antifungal. If you choose to use essential oils in this (or any other) case, PLEASE do a skin test first, and dilute them in appropriate carrier oil when applying them to the skin
