"Mind, contrary"? :-)
Well, it certainly seems "paradoxical"... Does Ignatia seem plausible?
If no one else is around what temps is she comfortable with or how does she
feel?

That IS an interesting situation.

The first thing I think of is MIND - disposition to contradict.

I think it would be worth indicating whether this is a mental sx, in as much
they are making a mistake in their body sensations, or an emotional one, in
as much as they are possibly wanting to cause a disturbance or be different
from others, or a physical sx - they genuinely do not feel the same
temperatures as others. The emphasis changes depending on the reasoning
behind this.

Best wishes, Joy

Hi,
Here are some rubrics that I would consider in such cases.

MIND - MISTAKES; making - speaking, in - words - wrong words; using -
side or vice versa; putting right for left;
MIND - MISTAKES; making - side; about left and right;
MIND - CONTRADICTION - disposition to contradict;
MIND - CONTRARY;
MIND - DELUSIONS - repudiated; he is - relatives; by his;
MIND - LIAR - lie;s, never speaks the truth, does not know what she is
saying
MIND - OBSTINATE, headstrong - queerest objection; against whatever was
proposed, he had the;
CHILL - SIDES, one-sided - coldness of right side and heat of left;
FEVER - SIDE - one side - left - coldness of right; with;
GENERALS - HEAT - sensation of - right side - left side cool;

with best wishes,
V.T.Yekkirala.

Perhaps attempting to fill-in the symptom in terms of location,
sensation, modification, concomittants -could help.
