2 Different Nosodes prescibed same time?

Post by helen page »

Hello,
I was prescribed two different Nosoded at the same time. One being Brucella, the 2nd being Coxsackie. Ten vials each of decending potency.
Much of what I have bee reading re: Homeopathy stresses that two or more remedies should not be prescribed at the same time. I am somewhat concerned that I have not reaped the true benefits of Homeopathy because of this.
Physically the manifestations of chronic symptoms that i have endured and suffered surfaced after each remedy was taken ten, then dissapated in hours or a day or so.
Anyone out there have experience knowledge, Thoughts about this.
2 Nosodes prescribed at the same time?
Sincerely Rene

Such practice runs counter to 99% of homeopathic literature, and to
anyone who has studied and practiced "classical" &/or "unicist"
homeopathy (single remedy, per 99% of the literature) -it is also purely
insensible, since, as the founder of homeopathy, Samuel Hahnemann states
in "The Organon" aphorism 273
"It is unnecessary in any case of treatment, and for that reason alone
inadmissible, to administer to a patient more than one medicial
substance at a time. I cannot see how it can be subjected to the least
doubt, whther it be more natural and sensible to prescribe only one
medicine at a time to a patient, or a mixture of several different ones.
The only true and natural homoeopathic treatment does not admit of
giving the patient two different medicinal substances simultaneously."

Using common sense alone-
Each person is unique and incalculably complex.
Each person's life force mounts a healing response after being given
*ONE* remedy, which is somewhat different from that of each other
person.
So we have a situation where uniqueness is raised to a very high level,
which we have to consider, we have to be able to make observations of
what that single remedy is accomplishing - in order to be practicing
homeopathy and not just practicing throwing a log of spaghetti onto a
wall and seeing how much sticks.

NO ONE KNOWS or imho can accurately predict the effect of two remedies
given at once,
other than one of the foremost logical possibilities dictated by a
common sense look at the basic principle of homeopathy, which is that
the life force will respond to the remedy which is most similar to its
state of suffering .. which brings us again to aphorism 273.

I am sorry but this is non-sense, in other words it does not make sense.
Besides, in Germany, nosodes have been withdrawn from the market and can not
be produced any more. Same with cannabis indica, for ex.
Kind regards, Dr. medic Viorel V. Bucur (www.dr-bucur.com).

Hi Dr. medic Viorel V. Bucur. Are you sure you know what a nosode is?
I really don’t thin so.
Cannabis Indica isn’t a nosode. And it never was and never can be a
nosode!!!
I suggest that you study homeopathy first and them come and talk about
it in a correct way.
Nosodes are very important remedies and still continue being used all
around the world.
Even not being a nosode, Cannabis Indica is a very good remedy and
cannot be excluded from our daily practice.

Cannabis Indica is not for legal sale in the USA
because (foolishly) it is classed as a narcotic.
There are many remedies that are unavailable in many parts of the world.
That said... I know a lot of practitioners who DO
have these remedies on had-- illegal or not.
It is one more example of the complete
governmental bureaucracy taking over common sense.

Hi Dinis,

I do not think he meant to say that cann-i is a nosode, only that it, like
nosodes, is not legally available in some parts of the world, which is quite
true (e.g. here in the US). (But of course practitioners have backchannels
that can usually find what's needed.)

What would your reply to the original post have been, for curiosity?

Best,
Shannon

You are very offensive! It was meant that Cannabis indica is not available
any more in Germany, as nosodes aren't as well. Maybe you should read letters
with calm first and speak after that not before. And be a little more polite, of
course!
Without kind regards, Dr medic Viorel V. Bucur (www.dr-bucur.com).
