My standby for many years now is to prescribe, at an acute level, Triple A 30 (AAA 30) - Arg Nit/Ambra Grisea/Anacardium combination. The patients who have used it, and there have been many, say it is extremely helpful. You will get it from Helios or Ainsworth
Good luck

On WHAT indications do you rx AAA?

If we are talking about problems with exams, the indications are
usually pretty clear.

Gelsemium: comes on slowly. You see this picture the week before
exams when everyone seems to be "coming down with something". Other
than that, I've seen Gelsemium useful for performance anxiety, but
USUALLY for a performance before an audience, rather than a test.

Argentum nitricum is a good one for worries about performance on the
exam. Where Gelsemium manifests as paralysis, Argentum nit manifests
as excess energy-- running in circles with anxiety.

*IF* the person knows the stuff cold but is worried that their mind
will go blank when faced with the exam, the remedy would be Aethusa
cynapium. Tyler talks about it for "exam funk." I have saved *two*
bar exams with a single dose of Aethusa 200.
