Have you considered Arg-n acutely for this period of anticipation? Sounds
like maybe an Ars constitution in an Arg-n state.

Dear Joan,
Arg-n has many of these sx and has major issue with anticipation--also in "shorthand" is a L-sided Lycopodium, which also shows up in this case. Try to rule out arg-n, and if cant, may be useful.. Usually quite < heat (opposite of ars).

Arg-n (MIND)(morrison)
Anxiety while anticipating an engagement or test.
Anxiety when alone; ameliorated in company.
Impulsive irritability which he excessively regrets.
Impulsive weeping. Remorseful weeping.
Hurried; impulsively walks faster and faster with anxiety finally becoming aware that he is running for no reason.
Superstitious or fixed ideas. Compulsive thoughts or behavior.
Weakness of memory. Mental deterioration. Dementia.
Tries to avoid any ordeal.
Anxiety in the morning on waking; feels he cannot face the day.
Morose and despairing.
Predicts the hour of his death.

Best,
Andy

the two that work more often than not are Arg-nit and Gelsem. in 200 seems
to be good - they have similar actions, but Gels has tremor and weakness and
sometimes feels quite low about it all

P.Banerji's clinical evidence supports the above, but also has observed that
Arg-nit or Gels given once every fourth day and has noticed that he gets
best results when Aconite 200 is given once a month intercurrently with Arg
or Gels works best.
He mentions that Aconite 200 given on the previous day of exami also helped
much during a course of Gelsemium 200 --- and that Arg-nit has more lack of
confidence than fear

All experience is worthy of note
