Hi Patti,

Do you (or anyone) know why I can't open these files? I get a message,
"Couldn't open the file ... because the sound information was in a bad or
damaged format." Has anyone else had this problem, and/or know how I can
resolve it?

Hi Shannon,

I could open them, you have to save them to your HD first then you can
open them, but the quality is very bad, its kind of metallic sound,
like an alien voice, some are almost impossible to understand what they talk
about. Its a pity because i would love to hear them in better quality.
Maybe Patti knows a solution.

system up to the running of the streaming - somewhere on the site there is a
minimum systems requirement.

Perhaps download again? I actually got someone to download it on to a G4, we
took screen snaps every now and again and then I listened to the case in
audio. There is a transcript of the case available I believe.

And i have to take my words back and tell you all that when i used
Nero wave editor to open the files that it gave good quality to listen to the files!

so maybe it all depends on what kind of mp3 player you use.

"high-speed" enough. My modem is 56K (dial-up), but my ISP runs at
something less than that; maybe that's the problem and I need to get cable
or DSL. I think I'm going to break down and do it (for other reasons too),
and hope that's what it needs...

But the ones on WholeHealthNow seem to be a different problem for me; those
