Hi everyone.
Can someone help me with how one would present clinical data for a
thesis?
The data is clinical in relation to Homeopathy and a chosen subject or
treatment, i.e. Cancer.
If you have any tips or information on the type of format I will be most
most most appreciative.

Dear Atiq,
You want to structure your data collection and reporting as a "qualitative Study." In this type of research design, you study a certain number of individuals -- 5 to 30 or so, depending on the breadth of your topic. Then, in analyzing your data, you identify themes that run through all or most of the cases. In writing up your study, your focus, one way or another is on the common themes, using narrative details from several sample cases to illustrate each theme.
