No, this is NOT true. The amount known about the immune system could fit
on the head of a pin.
And to extrapolate what is known, to every person is ludicrous, as you know

Attenuation through animal and human cells with danger of DNA & RNA

Then in order to increase reactivity taken away with attenuation they add
adjuvants - aluminum, bacteria, squalene & other things with their dangers
Then we have formalin used to kill the live bacteria & viruses (which is
cancer causing)
Then we have mercury used to kill anything contaminating the vaccine from
production contamination and also post production contamination from
repeated insertion of needle in multi dose vial
The we have 2-PE which hasn't been researched which is replacing mercruy
Then we have mycoplasma which is ubiquitous in labs and everywhere
contaminating the vaccines
Then we have monkey and bird viruses contaminating vaccines as the vaccine
attenuated or grown on these tissues and now causeing problems we have
never seen before in humans
Then we have MSG added (yes, MSG)
And we have antibiotics in many

What do you think all of that does to the VF (not to mention the immune
system)
What do you think all of that does to the VF of a 12 hour old baby getting
hep b vaccine to make money for the drug company
So if you think as a homeopath you can counteract all of that with your
well chosen remedy, good luck.
If you think as a homeopath you can treat parents pre-conception and then
prevent problems with all the above, you are deluded.
