I am saying that you must treat the similimum.

DPT is not always the similimum, as you point out. It is not necessary to
"clear" a vaccine, unless has left an imprint. They do not imprint on everyone.

If there is a block caused by a vaccine, you should find THAT vaccine. There
are many new strains since the DPT proving was conducted.

An example.
My very good natured son had the DT part of the vaccine at age 2, for the
first time.
WIthin days, he was screaming uncontrollably.
We gave him homeopathic Diptheria. ONLY. Not DPT. WHY?
Because he had a reaction to the Diptheria part of the vaccine.
He had no other vaccinations after that one. It has been shown that the
children who have a reaction to a vaccination are exactly those children who can be
clinically damaged, go into autism, etc, from vaccines. I am not 100% opposed
to vaccination, however I do not recommend any vaccination if a child has had
a bad experience once.
