I'm concerned because you said there were breastfed babies showing signs of

while being breastfed BECAUSE of the mother's ingestion of megadoses of
vitamin C in the pregnancy
And I just don't agree with that and that is what I want to see evidence of.
So there is no evidence to support that statement?

No double-blind controlled trials; just case reports among professionals.
However it is important to realise that the breast is selective for
"distributing" vitamin C; the placenta isn't.
This list is, among other things, designed for us to share our professional
experience. When it comes to breastfeeding, mine is unique in that I am also
a Lactatrion Consultant and sharing my clinical experience is what I am
doing.
