Case:
This is the patient who was so much conscious about his sickness, that he was thinking for suicide. The suicidal thought was developed when his engagement with his real cousin broken. The disease was spreading all parts of body day by day. His inlaws decided to break the engagement. The patient was under great depression and anxiety. He was thinking all the time about his incurable disease. The symptoms started, when he left ICI soda ash factory located near world biggest salt mine khewra.

These were the questions, he asked many times. The patient was dull mind, sad and was looking confused. He was conscious about his skin problem. The temperament was weeping and teasing.
