Aspartame Lady

A lady patient had presented at the end of Jan with arthritic pains in hips
and knees.

I discovered that she was taking aspartame as a sweetener.

Aspartame was stopped altogether and we waited some 6 weeks. Although the
pains had subsided, she still had pains on walking etc. Her headaches had
almost gone.

I re-took the case and prescribed PHOS LM01 for her last week.

She has taken 2 doses only.

Today she reported that for the past 48 hours she has been 'pain free'. She
was delighted as of course I am.

However, I think that if she had not stopped Aspartame, we would have
battled on for a long time.

Any sources of negative effects of aspartame? Others with similar
experiences? WHO has a battle agains the suger-industry these days and will
likely result in increased used of artificial sweeteners!
