It has to be a fine art to see when a patient is too toxic to begin with a homeopathic remedy cure. I am wondering how others in the group think about this?
Much suppression of patholigical conditions, much drug use, toxic food intake, much emotional suppression?? combined with signs that the vital forces are weak would lead me to think about physical detoxification of specific organs first. I have little experience with this except on myself, but I am thinking about the broader application.
My teacher, Tom Heard, uses Eizayaga's low dose method (starts chronic cases with 6c). He says in his early days starting chronic cases with LM's and high dose c's lead to unbearable aggravations. Patients quickly dissappeared. 3 of my patients have been yogis (including myself). Their eating is simple and they have no drug use. So I used LM's and had none of the problems that my teacher reported. Others I have started with 6c's and in several cases had awful aggravations. So with some people I start really slow and dillute. But, you can't judge from what didn't happen. Maybe I am too slow. How do I judge? I can see cases around me that I would be afraid to touch. How do I draw the line between levels of toxicity?

Hi Ellen,
This is a question that interests me too.
You say you've gotten some bad aggravations from 6c? Could you tell us
about those cases, and how they were resolved? I mean, were they so
sensitive that even a 6c needed dilution, or did you take a different
approach?

Being very simple minded, I take the safe approach....in doubt, consider they are very toxic and treat that first.
Never a waste of time, gives you and the patient the feeling of being careful, gives you also time to think about your case.

Dear Dr. R,
I think that you are talking about using homeotoxicology or some herbal means ect to detoxify. Am I correct? If so, that seems like a reasonable approach.
