Need Remedies to buy!!!Helios

Various people on the list have been frustrated with Helios and their
service as well as their website, I emailed Helios about this and always
wanting to be of help to their clients they would like to know what
problems people are having with their website and/or ordering or requests
which do not seem to get an answer etc . so anyone who has had problems
could you let me know so I can relay it to them, Helios can serve you
better if they know what problems we encounter that way they can solve it.

I always buy from Helios and get the products the next day - unless it is Friday in which case they never arrive until after the weekend!! I phone them but last night I left a message on the answer phone which I have never done before so it will be interesting to see when I get the Rx!!
