would appreciate ideas urgently

****** main symptoms

- patient extremely itchy *****
- profuse heat and perspiration on upper body***** [only told this today]
- light touch of skin brings on goosebumps all over body
and in turn nausea ****
- small red spots that itch intensely*****
- clear fluid comes out when scratched
- slight scabs/yellow crusts after scratching
- worse morning and night
- worse hot weather
have used merc - responded well initially but did not alleviate completely
have used nit-ac - helped only a little
have used ars - made substantially worse
& staph - [hold at bay for a short time only]
lyc - didn't help

very responsible person who feels guilty for everything, also angry at treatment by husband over the years
says she needs to control everything

sometimes breasts itchy inside and nipples tender

itching cam on after confrontations with husband where she felt she could not express her anger.

- what do you suggest - psor, nux v., kali-c, iod?????
