bioterrorism - homeopathic treatment

Hello:
This is Dr. Jacob Mathew, Chief Editor of www.holisticonline.com, the
website for holistic health.
We are presently working on our Bioterrorism infocenter and would like
to receive some input on homeopathic treatment methodologies for
anthrax, cholera, small pox and other biological agents.
I realize that you cannot treat someone who is not sick; but is there
any homeopathic remedies available that can be used as a preventative
(For the lack of a better word, like a vaccine.)
We will be covering all the alternative therapies; so if the members
have any insight into the other remedies, please let me know that
also. We will be glad to give proper credits, if we use the material
you have submitted.
