Greetings all. There are two issues posed: the remedy and the potency. The choice of Carcinosum must fit the picture firstly, and the selectionn of the potency must result from an assessment of the tissue which is stressed with a simultaneous understanding of the integrity of the VF. The LM's are potentially more gentle due to their dilution and dynamisation as contrasted with C's or X's, where they functionally appear to act as transmitters of information because they manifest their presence through the stimulation of the 'ground substance' as defined by allopathic medicine.
If the picture justifies Carcinosum, use it. Review your case picture to assess the tissue under assault, and the reactive capacity of the organism, and select your potency.
It would prove of value to peer over your shoulder and observe the clinical picture as well so that future postings have a framing for the data.
