Just as an addition - I did have a young man aged about 10 recently who was
counting endlessly, had a ritual at bedtime where he had to put a particular
glass filled with water in just such a place on his mother's dressing table
before he did whatever was next in his little ritual. - massive mood swings,
followed his mother everywhere - even sitting outside the toilet door, would
cry if she was in the shower too long.
Tried ars at first as the above with other symptoms which I don't recall
looked like ars [ oh yes, very tidy]. it didn't help
but
responded immediately to puls 200
