Dreamt of a huge construction that had a center
covered by a tarpaulin with 20
spokes radiating from it. A man beside me counted and
said there are 20. I
thought, "Good, that's 2 x 10."

I have been living without a partner for 10 years,
which I really enjoyed. Now
I have an uncomfortable feeling of needing a partner.

the sky?

Doing research on Uranus, I found that the planet has
a tilt. For 42 years one
side is in the dark and then comes into the light for
42 years. Interesting
that I am now 43. Uranus feels very near, like a
friend. The quasars are much
further out and it was a real stretch for me to go so
far.

Very interesting mentals associated with Neon.It might
well fit in with this patient. What i got from the
provings shared by you is that the main issue is a
feeling of being incomplete which is filled in by
accepting something which one has denied or ignored or
repressed for a while. THE FASCINATION WITH EVEN
NUMBERS TO START WITH AND THEN ACCEPTING ODD NUMBERS
LATER ON SEEMS TO SUGGEST THAT.It may be that one only
admits of positive qualities in one's personality and
represses the negative ones to form a huge 'shadow' (a
Jungian term) if you are aware of it. Later on in
life, as he matures, he comes to terms with his quirks
and defects and accepts them as a part of his life.
What would you say to this interpretation. This remedy
looks like an exciting possibility for this man who is
a good friend of mine but according to his own
admission had a huge shadow. I would share some of his
peculiar mental sensations and habbits which may be
covered by the Neon provings.
This man is a sort of a genius with numerical
calculations. He is the fastest person in calculations
with numbers that i have ever seen. As a child when
alone he would perform all kinds of calculations in
his head to while away his time.He was a Chess prodigy
as a child. He finds it very difficult to wait for the
start of something which really excites him. For
example, he has a passionate interest in Cricket and
as a child, would pass away the few hours before the
start of a match by counting. But during counting he
would count straight, i.e. not miss the odd numbers as
in the Neon provings. He would count the number of
days before the next test match begins. The number of
steps between school and house and so on.
He is also deeply spiritual (not religious). One of
the most helpful and kind persons that i know. Would
go out of the way to help others. But also selfish
when it comes to saving his skin. Has no qualms about
lying to get out of a trouble situation.
He recounts a vision that he sometimes has. He sees a
enormous green snake flying in the sky (over 500
metres in length) moving towards the ground and which
is spitting a very venomous poison. Entire trees on
which this venom falls get burned. This sight sends a
chill down his spine. Then this snake is lighted from
all sides by a very serene multi-coloured light. It
starts to shrink and by the time it reaches the ground
it becomes a ring of flowers (phoolon ki mala in
Hindi) and then falls harmlessly on the ground. His
own interpretation of this vision is that the snake
represents evil tendencies with in his own personality
and the serene light represents the God's grace which
is coming to him on account of his devotion towards
the Lord. As i have already told, this man is now
deeply spiritual and attributes everything to God all
the time. He also revealed to me that he has
tremendous sexual energy.Till his teenage, he would
often wait for the midnight and even later lying awake
in his bed. When everyone was asleep he would creep
up to a girl and lie next to her and feel her body
surreptitiously. This girl can be a cousin too ( which
is a taboo in India). But such was his sexual desire
that he says he used to be overpowered by it despite
his attempts to check himself. But as he grew up into
his late twenties, he overcame this habbit and is now
married with a woman he loves very deeply. He has
feelings of guilt about his earlier behaviour with his
cousins. I think, the devotion towards God that he
has developed now may be an attempt to compensate for
his misdemeanours earlier. But apart from this one
flaw which he claims to have overcome now, he is a
very nice and kind man. I had earlier also thought of
Lilium Tig. which has strange religious or spiritual
sensations.
Does Neon also cover the skin problems (eczema),
dysentry, diarrhoea/constipation, excessive
sweating,polyuria, mental restlessness etc.? I would
be very keenly awaiting inputs from you as well as
others on the group.
