Connection

Post by Jean Doherty »

Any thought about suitable rubrics would be welcome. Introverted,
sensitive, strong connection to Mother who died of Ng. Some Platina
features. Have found arguments for this, Carcinosum, Thuja.[separated from
society]
Notes not available just now to check modalities.

It is clear that I do not connect with people well. Considering that
connectedness is intimacy, I am also fearful of being vulnerable which is
basically a fear of intimacy. The Aurorix uncovers the depression veil which
is clearly there to shield me from this fear. However when with the right
familiar people I am a totally normal person. So my condition responds very
very quickly to a situation. Therefore my depression is not biological, it
is "situational".²²²

Doesn't connect with people well with vulnerability and fear of intimacy except with familiar people brings to mind the Nat Mur person who marries their childhood sweetheart and doesn't connect with others. Does Nat Mur fit the bill at all?

Just thoughts that came to mind on reading what you wrote.

Dear Jean, so many remedies have the fear of intimacy and you need to know
the driving force behind this - weakness, disgust, fear of being hurt, fear
of being reciprocal, fear of showing any emotion at all, etc - again you
would need to know why.

There are also elements of her being 'protected' as well and a binding but
lost? connection to her mother to consider.

One can easily see the cancer miasm at work here and many remedies could be
mentioned under the banners of 'connection', 'fear of intimacy', 'fear of
being approached' etc. Perhaps further clues could be found in how she
'shields' herself - introverted, retreating - perhaps one of the 'shell'
remedies?

Perhaps you could give us further information.

Best wishes, Joy

This man now 42 presented with feelings of stress in 92.
There was a lot of fear and loneliness in his childhood. ³I approached
everything with fear¹. Played alone with train set and meccano set .
Closed himself in his room. Parents separated when he was 11 He was sent
to boarding school where he felt vulnerable. His Mother¹s long illness and
his resentment of her taking so long to die {2ndaries in liver from Bowel
Ng.} Relief after. No close relationship with father. History of
bleeding haemorrhoids, skin rash when stressed, itching of. old vaccination
scar. Nasal polyp[ Left,]deviation of septum. German measles in Œ78 and
again in Œ95. Worse early afternoon. Digestion easily upset by tension.
Constipation when tense. Allergy to peanuts and walnuts, likes deserts
,good coffee, rich food,[though upsets] either hot or cold drinks. Aversion
bland foods, dairy products. Does not mind the cold. Dislikes head
covered. Heat OK.. Fussy ,fastidious, a perfectionist ,gives up if gets
too hard.
Some bad relationship experiences in 20s and I imagine fear. Rather proud
appearance.
I have used Thuja in 30c for itch in vaccination site . Each dose would
aggravate a little and then help. Kali arsenicosum was useful for shin
rashes.
I have used it Thuja 1M without much improvement. Once when sleepless and
intolerant to noise Opium was very helpful. Once I thought Platina was
working.
The situation is one of a sensitive man who is probably too much alone, in
a work situation where there is always anxiety about status, and this lack
of self confidence and fear of intimacy.
As Joy says I must find out why this exists and as writing this Realize I
must explore what happened to this vulnerable man in early 20s . Thank You
Jean

Dear Jean, one can see a lot of Sulphur in this case and Carcinosin also,
but I was wondering if he had been given Kali Bich at all?
