Lac felinum has been associated with dexterity and I would think that many in the animal world would exhibit this

People under the influence of Cannabis indica have been known to show dexterity where it wasn't evident before
Sepia - linguistic dexterity
Boron and lead negatively affect dexterity and I am sure there are many others

that studies have shown that ambidextrous people are more emotionally
independent, more determined, more adaptable to new situations adn
more apt to handle problems without giving up. If this is so, then
maybe a personality type can lead you to a remedy that may cover some
of these. See if these fit with your client.
ambidextrous people have 11% larger corpus collosa joining the left
and right side of brain than right-handed people. The upside for
right-handed people is that they can increase this area by
practicing, however, this is not as easy as it sounds, alot of people
complaining that using the non-dominant hand causes great tension and
in some anxiety.
