Canker sores on tongue

Hi,
Please help with some information.
I have a lcient that complained of pain on the left underside of her tongue.
On the right underside of her tongue it looked normal, but where she said
the pain was there were vascularities, the veins were slightly enlarged and
there appeared to be more of them than usual and some raised.
After a week of the pain, which I could not find the reson for, in the same
spot, now there are two canker sores there, pussy looking white spots.
She is still complaining of pain, and has difficulty in chewing and
swallowing because the food irritates the area.
The upper surface of the tongue is normal.
I am at a loss.
I have thought of Borax, but she is not salivating.
The symptoms appeared after a bout with this most recent genetically
engineered flu with chest congestion, for which she had to take antibiotics
to eliminate.
She had takenOcc, and 2003 Flu Vaccine (homeopathic) to help with it at the
time with zero results, and went with the antibiotics. This before she
contacted me.
Tongue looks enlarged and makes indents with the teeth.

The only remedy I could find for varicosed veins under tongue is
Thuya, though I have had Nux Vomica patients with this underside to
their tongue - the two main veins being swollen and aching, the tonge
felt stiff. The swelling of the tongue with scalloped edge from the
teeth is merc and aphthous ulcers are associated with Zinc and
Vitamin B deficiency. Merc Sol has offensive breath but Hydrastis
comes with a very similar tongue indentation and the breath is
inoffensive. what is the discription of the pain? Nit ac also
produces ulcers but not the merc looking tongue.

No bad breath, tongue is not stiff.
She says pain radiates from under the tongue all the way outward to the
underneath of her neck.

Of the above, the only remedy that causes ulcers on

is merc.

Knerr's rep pg 345 tongue pain)
is only Sabadilla. Saba has a raw tongue,whitish
coated.

The pqrs in this case is the pains extending to neck.
Then saba should get the nod.

I don't know.
But I gave Nitric acid and it has gotten a little better. She says the pain
is definately less.
