would appreciate quick response if anyone is on line please. can't get my head around this although I think it's probably not too difficult - one of those days
patient was under extreme stress -
was angry, anxious but couldn't say too much [staph?]
now has very very itchy scarlet/rose raised red spots, scabs if scratched - started back of scalp/occiput to sides of neck, now abdomen and beneath clavicles esp. and some on back
welts easily
- worse heat, better scratching at first - then worse, better cold application
tendency to constipation [lyc? - didn't help]
skin now bubbly
thinks skin itching perhaps worse motion [merc??]
skinis worse for light touch
says 'can't go on'
'am beside myself'
felt humiliated/persecuted/trapped in stressful situation - could not confront the other part as she felt they would leave
hans't quite forgiven other party although they have apologised on many occasions
tendency to urinary tract infections from stress [ staph/lyc?]
is a neat person but not overly -likes to be organised [ars?]
strong personality
maybe of interest
painful coition
hedches after menses
feels voice quavers when nervous
dizziness worse menses - when lying down. Feels as if legs coming up in front of her
tension neck/shoulders
