Dear Steve,
Are you giving this just once a month? What potency are you using? How
many months do your patients usually take it for? There are quite a few
symptoms listed for other body systems other than respiratory, there's
not risk of proving the remedy?
Still grasping the ins and outs of prophylactics!

It is something that I have done regularly, although now I tend to use
Oscilococchinum in preference. For people who go down with lots of
colds, 'flu, chest infestions during the winter month it provides quite
amazing protection. It works well. I usually suggest that they take it
once monthly during the winter months.
I would rather they take this 'off-the-shelve' remedy than use the 'flu
vaccination. It is more effective, safe, and certainly far gentler.
However, I usually tell them that if they are going down regularly with
infections suggests that they have a susceptibility that might require
deeper constitutional treatment.

Once a month from November through to March, and I use 30c. I have never had
anyone who has seemed to 'prove' the remedy. I am having such problems with
the flu jab this autumn that for many this would be the least of their
problems!
