AZT

Hello Friends,

I had a 9 month old baby in the office yesterday, the child was
adopted so we have very little to no family history.

Presenting complaint was a bad candida infection, bright red rash
all over the face and genitals. I gave a candida nosode, to follow with
Morgan pure, and later Calc sulph (not to be taken until I give the go)
as she seems like a calc sulph - but we will know later.

My question, this child mom tested HIV positive at the time of
the baby's birth. The child was give AZT, 3 times a day for the first 3
days of her life. Her mother later proved to be a false positive.

Can anyone give me any info on this substance as far as future problems?
I am sure this must be an etiology for something, but what?

The child was vaccinated, fed soy formula, and was "perfectly healthy
until 6 months old" when the acutes started. Respiratory problems, a
series of ear infections, all quelled with cortisone and antibiotics and
now this horrible candida outbreak. I don't usually try to
homeopathically 'divide and conquer' a condition, but felt I couldn't get
a real picture under the circumstances. The calc sulph was a good
possibility, but we will see what comes up after this rash subsides.

Thanks for your suggestions. The child's mom approved my bringing this

Oh baby you got a good case. AZT effects way deep down but not deeper than homeopathic dilutions. I would have tried Psorinum than candida but again depending on symptoms peculiar to Psoranium. Once I had a very big guy with back not holding. He had every kind of therapy and once showed rash though with back displaced. Psoranium 200 set him straight. Later he found hepatitis C. Anyway regarding AZT I would have picked up Nat Sulp but it does not mean you are off the mrak or I am on the mark. It would have addressed liver problems that is usually effected much with AZT. Poor lvier leads to other problmes.
