It obviously depends on the pharmacy one uses.

Hi,

Hahnemann stopped at LM30 but he never mentioned that
do not go higher.

Take a look at Organon, aph 270 (second paragraph).
30th dynamization degree as the highest one in
Hahnemann's preparations is mentioned here.

He used such high potencies like LM30 in rare cases.

Dear All: I have had : 1.)patient with psoriasis with cure ( of the patient
and the psoriasis)after 5 years of treatment I used Sulphur from 1 LM
increasing by 1 until 55 LM; 2,)patient with GI complaints and sciatica with
Lyc. from 1 LM to 40 LM over 3 or 4 years; 3.)a pianist with depression with
Nat-m from 1LM to 50 LM. The remedies came from Helios whose remedies have
done very well for my patients.

The potencies after 30 LM are made in the same manner as 2 LM is made from 1
LM ( ex 31LM is made from 30 LM and 32 LM made from 31 LM etc.) I found
Helios is one that I could rely upon and their LM potencies are excellent
made by the original Tomlinson ( but he has another name now since 2 or 3
years). Read Organon Paras. 246 to 248 and especially footnotes to these
