Strelity case, your point

Dear colleagues,
This is the History of one of my patients who refered me for treatment of his strelity about 1 year ago. he had only Haking dry cough, snoring and past history of varicocele in left side. The motility of sperm was 5%. all other things in clinic and paraclinic was normal. He has recieved Sulph Lm6-7-8, Nat-m LM2-3, AUR LM2-3.
His clinical symptims relatively decreased during 2 first remedies and sperm motility increased to 10% with third remedy but decrease again to 5%.
If you have any simmilar successful experiense or any suggestion for me, please let me know.
