Hello lists!

I have lost track of which list (homeolist or minutus) that I read
this on, so I'll post it (with apologies) to both lists.

The question was raised about the making of remedies from vaccines or
other patented products like Coca-Cola, etc.
The list said:
I asked a homeopathic pharmacist (who is quite politically active) in
the USA about this. He replied as follows:

You want a potency of viagra (for a patient)? You get a sample of it
from the patient, send it to the pharmacy, and they make it up.
Chances are it will never make it into the HPUS, because it needs
years of provings and clinical confirmations to do that. So it will
sit on the pharmacy shelf until another person asks, "you got viagra
in potency?" and someone else uses it.
Unless it is marketed in a big way (which is more unlikely than
California slipping into the ocean), the original manufacturer will
not know about it, or even care about it. What are they going to do?
Sue the pharmacy who has sold $10 of it in the last two years? Doubt
it.

Our rights are constantly being eroded. Most folks just don't pay any
attention to it.

But where do you think this leaves us as a profession?

I'm the person who penned the former observation and it concerns me greatly
that our rights to make Rx from whatever we deem to be useful is being
eroded.
It's a pity Sam didn't apply for a patent on the process of manufacturing
homoeopathic Rx (to be held in perpetuity)!

Perhaps pharmacies need to look more closely into this "use patent"
issue......or.......perhaps it's time for a Common Law challenge?

Your point is taken; and potentised Viagra may well raise little interest
(in some quarters anyway)!
However, the use of vaccines from which to make vaccine nosodes ( a
reasonably sizeable "market" in Homoeopathy) is another matter altogether
and is the one about which I am most concerned.

"Common Law" is the principle in operation in the UK (and other
countries that were under UK dominance-- like NZ) that says,
essentially, that Citizens are fee to do as they like unless it is

on in the colonies.
"They are trying to set up a government run by law" was the answer.
"Run by law?" he replied, "That's terrible! It means that lawyers
will be running the country!"
And so it came to pass....
