guidance for PPH

hello dear all

Last time I wrote case report of PPH ( primary pulmonary hypertension )
35 yr old, single woman with major depression history 3 years ago.
from last year she has severe weakness and fatigue ,palpitation ,
dyspnea, and occasionaly cyanosis.normal motion cause large debility in her.
she is in depression and loath for life, suicidal try (with poison) and
specialy impulses to jumping from high places.she has religious thinks like AURUM met.
in family history her mother had obsesive compulsive dis. ,her brother has
multiple sclerosis, and her sister has history of rheumatic fever and its myocarditis.
she is indifference to life and only that she want is easy die.
I thought, in this case aurum met. could help to improve mind and emotion, so start AUR met
200C single dose,and in 10days evaluation, slight agg. in body symptoms,and slight amel. in some
mind symptoms only for 3days were occured.what is proper work this time?
