I would want to be quite sure that there was not a hormone producing
tumour somewhere Jean.
3 is not early puberty it seems to me grossly abnormal.

I would agree with Jean on this one. The most likely causes are a pituitary
or adrenal hormone-secreting tumor -- more than likely benign rather than
malignant, but nevertheless it would make sense to have this child seen by a
pediatric endocrinologist to be tested for such a tumor. Surgical removal
would end the premature sexual development. Obviously, in treating the
child homeopathically constitutionally, the tendency to grow such a tumor
would need to be part of the case.

My thought too -- it seems way too early to be a dietary or even toxic
issue. But I think I recall that a tumor on the pituitary could do that?
(Tying in with the suggestion re pitu-a?)

Jean - you are quite correct as I am sure I have read something about this. Thanks for the reminder. Pituitary I think although I stand to be corrected? However if she is under a consultant I would have thought that would have been checked out although in UK who knows????

Thanks everyone else ( Jean's post came up first and so I just replied to that before I read all the others!) for reminding me and info on possible pituitary growth. I have conveyed this info to the therapist who got in touch with me to see if I could treat the child. The therapist will inform Mum I am sure at the earliest opportunity. Also re the animal products. I have to say that I was thinking of Foll and Oophorinom as worthwhile investigating as well as a constitutional but would have to take a full case first.
