Rubric /Rx help please

I have a long standing patient which I obviously have not found the correct Rx for although what I have given her has undoubtedly helped.

The essence of the case is that she sets herself apart from others but gets upset if not included. The time before last she aid " I am going around in circles and can't get off the treadmill. I gave her Chocolate and she was fine for 10 days. Unfortunately she went to the doctor and got antidepressants. I have repeated the Rx and told her to keep in contact with me. The reason this time for her "going under" is that she told a teacher about something that had happened to her child which involved another of a sexual nature. The school breeched confidence and told the other parent who reported the incident. My patient now feels humiliated and wants to run away. The other parent was a friend who was upset that she wasn't approached by my patient first.

This patient is very Plat. but this has not done anything. Pall. did better. She aggs to Sepia although it is often indicated. The essence above has been there from the very beginning. There's also some OCD as she makes lists.

Have you tried the Austrlian Bush Essence in this case?

I find that from time to time they work better in such cases when there
is a requirement for an intermittent.

Just an idea!!!

Dear Rochelle, if you care to give us the full case if possible then perhaps
we can help - Chocolate then Platina then Palladium!!! Is this ailments from
humiliation or being embarrassed or being betrayed, where does the case
begin, are there any physicals etc. Could be a Natrum - that is the only
indication I come to from what little you write.

Do you know why she sets herself apart (feels superior/inferior, too tired,
afraid to appear foolish, or ???), and what the feeling is when she is not
included (scorned, forgotten, humiliated, ???)

From the incident as I think I understand it, feeling humiliated is maybe
not so striking -- but is humiliation a feeling that happens often in her
life, or is it specific to this incident?

Also it does seem odd that she would tell a teacher before she told the
friend whose child was involved. Do you know why she made that choice? Is
there any key here to more about her dynamic?

This case is mentals only. I don't think I can give you the full case (too long and complicated) but some of the things that have been mentioned from the beginning are still there. I have posted about this woman before in October 02 under the title of "analytical" as I was trying to find a rubric and you suggested "theorising". I am not sure if she still analyses everything constantly like she did as she has not mentioned it. The Carc was given because of the OCD -

"I thought why don't I have time to play with my child. Why have I always got to put another wash on or clean the house or pick up something from the thinking."

"I like to be alone but I don't want to. I like to know friends are there but I don't want to be relied on.If people start getting too close I hold off.I haven't felt so manic."
"I have decided I am a very domineering and manipulative person towards people" (*After Plat.)

After this consultation I have noticed that I wrote that I was thinking of Nat Mur but I returned to the Carc because a lot of new and old physicals emerged. 2 months after this consultation when she was becoming anti social again I also note that I mentioned Nat Mur again but repeated the Carc again. OH dear!! After this I notice that I wrote she has had another cold sore and I still didn't give the Nat Mur!!! A month later I gave Sepia for very good indications but she aggravated on it with a floating feeing "as if my brain stood still but I am moving" and then she told me this had happened before when she had been given Sepia by her previous homeopath!!! However it boosted her libido but we had the same old " I want her (mother in law in this case) to offer help when I need it and I don't want to have to ask" She has this big jealousy thing that her M in L does more for other grandchildren than for her children. I gave Pall. after reading about it in Sankaran. She did well on it and it was repeated but then Chocolate symptoms of wanting to run away etc came out which worked for about 10 days and that is why I repeated it .

"I want people to offer help or come and see me without me asking" (Sep. 02 1st Consultation)
"I feel I am handling well the feeling of not being included" (Aug 03 after Pall)
"We went to .....and I sat on the grass so I didn't have to be with anyone but only 1 person came to speak to me. I didn't feel part of it." (Sep 03 after repeat of Pall)

That hopefully gives you an idea of the main themes of the case. There is a lot of "Ah poor me syndrome". The moral of replying to your post and writing this up for me was that I should go back regularly and read my previous analyses of consultations where I now see that I have considered the Nat Mur before. I will give this another consideration. I spoke to her tonight - she is no better or worse but has had no "bad days". The Rx (Choc) could now be being masked by the Lustral which she is taking 1 a day of.

Her son is doing a lot better after his last Rx but that's another story!!!

I find her haughty. She definitely feels superior (hence the Plat) and scorned. She didn't want to tell the friend because she was embarrassed to and underneath thought that her (precious) child might be blamed.

central sensation in several of them, in addition to the theme of separation
from a group.
