Can anyone, please help with advice?
Patient on constitutional( homeopath doesn't disclose the name of
remedy-for now)has ravenous apetite-didn't have it before the remedy.
Patient says :" I can't stop eating. Although I am not hungry I eat
and eat..."

Yes, and further...
There are several possible explanations for this, but to decide on one would
require an understanding of the entire case, and more details about what
happened -- but the bottom line is the same as Julian's, that this is a
question more appropriately asked of the treating homeopath, who has all the
"details" necessary to understand what it means.
Sometimes this sort of thing happens from a remedy that is "close" rather
than exact; other times it means the potency or dose were too strong; other
times it means that the case is unfolding, showing more of itself in a way
that will help the homepath pick a more suitable remedy; sometimes it may be
part of the process of cure. But in any case, if the homepath is good with
"patient education" (which IMO every homepath ought to be or become!), s/he
should have some insight to share with you about it. BUT they may ask you
first to wait a bit, because usually a new symptom like this will last only
a short time, and useful information can be gleaned by the homeopath by
seeing just what else has occurred before, during and after the episode.
