Foreign collaboration and affiliation, leading to an accredited Diploma.

The standard of homoeopathic education in Pakistan is too poor. With
a view to improving this standard, I am thinking of introducing a
six / twelve months' whole time course in homoeopathic specialization
for graduates in medicine, dentistry and other health sciences, with
foreign collaboration and affiliation, leading to an accredited
Diploma.
Can some one refer me to some one to whom I can associate for this
project? In doing so,the costs may be kept in view. One US $ becomes
60 Pakistani Rupees when it comes to conversion.
I shall be grateful.
