Falling off horse etc

Post by Soroush Ebrahimi »

Hi

I strongly recommend that you see an osteopath after such falls as the spine
is undoubtedly jarred and will need adjustment. This is a mechanical problem
and needs to be resolved mechanically.

Failure to do so can lead to all sort of difficulties with a range of
joints.

Thanks to all of you who posted advice about this
subject.
I shall definitely be visiting an osteopath as soon as
the pain subsides. I shall also look into Ran B for
the future.
Why is it always necessary to be miles from anywhere
for the most difficult falls? I feel like my case was
a walk in the park in comparison to the one Rosemary
suffered.
Have had a split dose of symphytum and one of Bellis
Per and things seem much better. Just doing the
waiting now

Thanks again for the advice everyone
Liz
