Dear all thank you for your suggestions. Most of you took the cause as the
most important thing and tried to prescribe on that and that was the point
in presenting this case.
In this case one dose of Staphysgaria 200 was given followed by saclac. The
patient started improving from the very next day. In about two weeks time
he was feeling perfectly all right. Five years have passed and he is still
all right. In all this time he only needed medicine twice once for a fever
and another time for backache.
Here the medicine prescribed was based on the cause. Conditions coming on
after surgical wounds or wouds by sharp instruments usually call for staph.
Of course there are many remedies in the repertory for surgical injuires but
for chronic effects of such injuries staph is more often indicated than all
other remedies put together.
Point to poder: The disease should be traced to its origins and its cause
and if you feel confident that what the patient claims caused the disease
could have actually done so then you might try to prescribe for that first.
Best regards
Elham

Re: answer to case guess 3
Dear Elham and all,
This is regarding, directly, case 3. So you would
prescribe on the cause sometimes?
The reason I'm asking:
a patient is after hemorrhaging stroke, left side,
affected is right side. This points to BOTHROPS
Symptoms point to CAUSTICUM
How would you proceed?
