Do you have information as to their diet, or possible environmental factors,
toxic exposure?

Re: homoeopathy for hairloss
Hi,
as for me personally the hairloss was the cause to visit for the first time
a homeopath (9 years ago) and the results are still very satisfying.
Now I feel OK anyway in general and so do I with my hair (just two small
patches behind ears leaving for couple of years).
It catalyzed my personal interest in homeopathy but it is another story.
My only question was then WHY? I was 20 years old (young:-) women
loosing hair step by step - the final condition was complete baldness
incl. eyelashes and hair all over my body. Several remedies were given
(the best acting for my hair were Sel, Tub, Calc-fl) but still I have not
received the answer regarding the reason. No obvious trauma etc.
If anybody is interested in details I can share it...
Best regards
Jitka

Dear Jitka,
Much of the ongoing discussion has focused on diet and, in a very general way, environmental toxicity. Many times
the effects of these sources of difficulties are very subtle. Even "testing" doesnt always come up with the answer. Also, our unique, individual responses to stimuli come into play--something allopathy does not pay attention to. So some minute combination of elements may have occurred which your body could not deal with.
On the other hand, the way we often respond in life reflects unresolved stresses that we are not conscious of. These stresses (mental and emotional) can/will manifest as a physical symtom. As to your particular case, I would suggest speaking with you old homeopaths asking them for some insight into what they saw as causative in your personal case. In the meantime, enjoy your healing success.

Patient is a 17 yrs old student.
I have another patient 14 yrs old. His hairs are getting thinner, with
dendruff.
I prepared Calendula + Arnica mother tincture which helps with eradication
of dendruff.
No toxic exposure,
Diet is vegetarian. So I advised them to have vitamin A and D.
What else?

Protein (do they use eggs and/or milk?) and essential fatty acids (no fried
foods at all, add in fish oil and/or flax oil, add in fresh, raw *nuts*)
come to mind as two other possibilities. And anywhere that protein is a
possible issue, sugar would be eliminated from the diet, as its use can
increase requirement of protein and other nutrients. Liver support is
sometimes an issue with skin troubles e.g. dandruff.
Have you taken their constitutional cases? That would be my first thought
of all, unless it's already been tried.

I also am in agreement with Soroush's observations and would like to add
that one of my nutrition teachers pointed out that hair loss is often linked
to low levels of folic acid which is why it is particularly "rampant" after
childbirth.
Further to the subject of childbirth [prevention of] and the discussion of
contraception..... An interesting fact is that lactational amenorrhoea is
the most widely "used" form of contraception on the planet especially among
those sisters of ours who live out their more core mammalian "instincts" to
reproduce until exhaustion followed by death. (Shades of the cuttlefish!)
As head of the mammalian ladder we can, however, use our intelligence a bit
more when it comes to the subject of reproduction; hence the use of
contraceptives in their various forms.
For most women the biggest dilemma is striving for some sort of balance
between her own soul's journey and that of her infants(s); so we make
choices to try and achieve that balance.
[Menses intermits] is a well-known rubric associated with Lac-c and is one
we can also attribute to Lac-h.
This brings me back to the question of lactational amenorrhoea as I've often
observed a disruption to the menstrual rhythm of females given Lac-h such
that it has put me much in mind of the fact that while fully breastfeeding
(ie before solids are introduced) most women have no menses.
Lac-h in the lower potencies [9C??] perhaps has the ability to act as a
contraceptive in much the same way as breastfeeding (98% in the first 6
months according to the Bellagio Statement [WHO]).
This idea needs some research.
best wishes

Re: homoeopathy for hairloss
Well,
They do take sufficient proteins.
I have advised flax oil.
I will try keeping up with constituitional and diet care.
I will seee how it goes after a month.
I have advised to use Arnica hair oil 3 times a week.
