Hi Rhonda
Carcinosis has congenital malformation - think of tumours that grow teeth
and hair. I'm not sure if this is the same case as the spitting child? but
Carc also has the angry child, can include the tubercular symptoms, can
crave milk and butter, and in my experience can look very like Phos also
(you said the mum is now veering towards Phos). How long since the mother
had Carc, and in what potency? maybe this is still being expressed through
the child....? especially if mum is setting rules which are like a
suppression of his new found want to exert his independence with refusal of
parental control.
Regards
Tessa

Another remedy to look at for the child who's spitting would be Cuprum.

Tessa - No, you have 2 cases in one here. Nothing wrong with this little
guy's teeth, except he likes to sink them into other children!! He does
adore milk, though. Mum has not had Carcinosin, to my knowledge.
