Brilliant!! I think underneath he could be Lyco or Nux (very violent temper) but this is a complex layered case and I have to start with what is at the top layer which is a NBWS car crash with increasing dizziness, lethargy, can't get his words out. I don't feel that Arnica will do the business here as in May he took an OTC whole pot of it - probably 6 or 30 potency for a month. I am just typing the case out at the moment. Was going to give Carc. but he had such a fear of getting worse - and Carc can bring up a load of aggs that I gave Sepia for mental and physical stasis. There is a big grief issue about his father who abandoned the family or in his eyes, him. Can also see Nat Mur in the case but underneath is the violence to his wife when she shouts at him and shows him up in front of the children.

There is a general helpless state.
My first rubric is-
1. Helplessness, feeling of: ( Synthesis)
2. Delusion, naked he is: Sulph, Stram

The common remedy is stram. If the person wanted to know what ails
him, there is another possible rubric( Light desire for) which will
give stram the edge.
