High tri glycerides?!

Does anyone have any information on ways to deal with
this?
The levels at the moment are 5.4 (?), cholesterol is
also fairly high. (sorry best detail I can get)

The client suffers with depression and high blood
pressure, both of which have improved with Sepia
30C.He has taken Hypericum 250mg (he thinks!) daily
for over 3 years and is now weaning off it.
Has been prescribed Bezafibrate 400 mg 1xday.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
