Hi everyone here. It was when my wife used some Boiron's OTC medicines
and found effective, then she asked me what does the word "Homepathy"
on the package mean? I said "No idea". Later I searched some info
about homeopathy, and started to get interested (I like the
non-invasive and wholistic approach it promotes). Then, one of my dog
has a itchy skin... vet's drugs (antibiotics and antihistamine) does
not help too much. I tried to use sulpfur 30C on him... and he
definitely becomes less-itchy than before! OK... now I am really
interested.

I guess most of you are aware of a "negative" paper by H. Walach, W.
Haeusler, T. Lowes, et al. "Classical Homeopathic Treatment of Chronic
Headaches". National Center of Homeopathy gave the comment that "did
not allow for adequate time according to homeopathic method in order
to assess conclusive results." However, the same group did a follow-up
study after 1-year "The long-term effects of homeopathic treatment of
chronic headaches: 1 year follow up.", Cephalalgia 20: 9, 835-837. The
conclusion remains the same... no difference between homeopathic
treatment and placebo. I know there are TONS of positive articles out
there proving homeopathy... but this one (two?) really bugs me. Can
anyone please help comment?

Well all I can tell you is my husband has had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the 80's and was bed ridden and in a wheel chair. We went to a Homeopath that practices 'constitutional' Classical Homeopathy and as of two years ago he's RA free. No symptoms whats so ever. Walking around like the rest of us.
I'm a Phosphorus and was depressed with all the crazies as I call it, I've been on a remedy for a year now and have such a change in my personality. I have a sense of well being.
My dogs have had kennel cough and was given a remedy and it cleared up and there's no way my dog can cure herself of kennel cough.
My other dog had demodectic mange from her immune system being destroyed by the breeder and she was given Sulphur for which that is her constitution and she is mange free. I could go on.....My family has never had any negative results from being treated by our Homeopath. He's literally saved our lives and made us whole.
I will say that you have to know what you're doing with dosage and the right remedy for the person. Everyone is an individual. It's not that easy if you aren't educated in this area.
If there are any negative things said about Homeopathy, I know it's a lie or the right remedy wasn't given the person - because we have proof it works.
